Open the Stripe Customer Portal
Cancellation through the portal takes effect immediately. Your membership access ends at that time and future renewal charges stop.
Before you cancel
Cancel before the exact trial-end or renewal time shown at checkout to avoid the next charge. Cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier charge. Refund requests are assessed under our refund and cancellation policy and any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Email alternative
If you cannot access the Stripe Customer Portal, email support@tipx.ai from the address connected to your membership. Verified email requests may take up to two business days, so send the request at least two business days before the next charge.
Need help?
Visit contact and support for billing assistance. Never send your password, complete card number, API key, identity document, or other sensitive credentials by email or through Discord.
