This policy describes the personal information used to provide and support the TipX AI membership.

We may collect your name, email address, account identifiers, support messages, membership status, community activity, and records of your use of the learning platform. Information you voluntarily share about a project may also be processed to provide support. Our payment provider processes card details; TipX does not store full card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide learning and community access, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, improve the service, prevent abuse, keep required business records, and comply with law.
Project and community information
Do not submit confidential customer data, production credentials, private source code, or personal information you are not authorised to share. Community posts can be seen by other members. Information supplied to third-party AI or software services is also subject to those providers’ privacy terms.
Service providers
Information may be shared with providers that help us operate payments, hosting, email, analytics, customer support, and Discord community access. They process information for the relevant service and under their own privacy obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, legal, tax, dispute, and fraud-prevention purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and contact
You may request access to or correction of your personal information, unsubscribe from marketing, or ask about deletion where applicable. Privacy questions can be sent to admin@tipx.ai. Membership or billing support requests can be sent to support@tipx.ai.
