This policy describes the personal information used to provide and support the TipX membership.

We may collect your name, email address, account identifiers, support messages, membership status, and records of your use of the learning platform. Our payment provider processes card details; TipX does not store full card numbers. Basic technical information such as device, browser, IP address, and security logs may be collected when you use the service.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide course and community access, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, improve the service, prevent abuse, keep required business records, and comply with law.
Service providers
Information may be shared with providers that help us operate payments, hosting, email, analytics, customer support, and Discord community access. They may process information only for the relevant service and under their own privacy obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax, dispute, and fraud-prevention requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access to or correction of your personal information, unsubscribe from marketing, or ask about deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons.
