Terms of service

1. The service

TipX provides paid access to educational course material, analysis and calculation software, and a moderated Discord learning community. The service is supplied digitally; no physical goods are shipped.

TipX is not a bookmaker, casino, wagering operator, financial adviser, betting tips service, or prize competition. We do not accept or transmit wagers, hold gambling funds, recommend particular bets or outcomes, sell picks, or guarantee financial results.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, reside in Australia, and be legally capable of entering a contract. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you and for deciding whether any gambling activity is appropriate.

3. Membership and delivery

Membership includes the features listed on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. Access instructions are delivered electronically after signup. You must keep account and Discord credentials secure and must not share, resell, or publish member-only material.

4. Trial, charges, and renewal

The current offer is a 3-day free trial followed by A$30 per week. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews and the payment method provided at checkout is charged weekly until cancellation. The exact first charge time and taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. One introductory trial is available per person unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel through the billing portal or by emailing support@tipx.ai. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges and access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund eligibility and processing times are set out in our refund and cancellation policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Community conduct

Members must communicate respectfully and must not post betting picks, outcome guarantees, affiliate or bookmaker promotions, unlawful content, personal information belonging to others, or material that infringes third-party rights. We may remove content or suspend access to protect members, comply with law, or enforce these rules.

7. Educational limitation

All content and tools are general educational information. Examples, historical data, calculations, and community discussion are not personal advice and do not predict future outcomes. You remain responsible for every decision you make. Gambling can result in financial and other harm.

8. Intellectual property and availability

TipX and its licensors retain rights in the course, software, design, and original materials. We grant members a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable licence during an active membership. We may update features and content, and may perform reasonable maintenance.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TipX is not liable for wagering losses, decisions made using educational information, indirect loss, or third-party services such as Discord. Where a statutory guarantee applies, our liability is limited only as the law permits.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms prospectively and will post the revised date. Material changes to an active subscription will be communicated where required. Questions can be sent to support@tipx.ai.
