Terms of service

1. The service

TipX AI provides digital access to educational courses, project examples, templates, software tools, support resources, and a moderated Discord learning community. No physical goods are shipped.

TipX AI is not an employment agency, investment opportunity, franchise, customer-acquisition service, software-development agency, or marketplace. We do not guarantee income, customers, sales, funding, employment, or any other commercial result.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country if higher, and be legally capable of entering a contract. The membership is available internationally where lawful. You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, projects, outreach, data use, and business activities comply with the laws and third-party terms that apply to you.

3. Membership and delivery

Membership includes the features listed on the Builder pricing page when you subscribe. Access instructions are delivered electronically after signup. You must keep account and Discord credentials secure and must not share, resell, publish, or redistribute member-only material unless a specific resource expressly permits it.

4. Trial, charges, and renewal

The current offer is a 3-day free trial followed by A$30 AUD per week. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews and the payment method provided at checkout is charged weekly until cancellation. The exact first charge time, checkout currency, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Customers paying in another currency may be charged conversion fees by their bank or payment provider. One introductory trial is available per person unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel through the Stripe customer portal or by emailing support@tipx.ai. Cancellation through the Stripe customer portal takes effect immediately, ends membership access at that time, and prevents future renewal charges. Email cancellation requests are processed after verification and may take up to two business days. Refund eligibility and processing information appear in the refund and cancellation policy. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.

6. Community standards

Members must communicate respectfully and must not post unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, malicious, or privacy-invasive material. Do not share malware, stolen code, credentials, personal information belonging to others, fabricated results, spam, or misleading earnings claims. We may remove material or suspend access to protect members, enforce these rules, or comply with law.

7. Educational and technical limitations

Course material, AI outputs, examples, templates, community discussions, and software tools are general educational resources. AI-generated or member-created software can contain mistakes, security issues, licensing problems, or unsuitable functionality. You remain responsible for reviewing, testing, securing, maintaining, and lawfully using anything you create.

8. Intellectual property

TipX and its licensors retain rights in the courses, software, design, and original materials. We grant members a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable licence during an active membership. Rights in a member’s own original project remain with that member, subject to any third-party licences or platform terms they use.

9. Third-party services and availability

Projects may use third-party AI providers, hosting services, code libraries, payment services, Discord, or other platforms. Their separate terms, pricing, availability, and data practices apply. TipX does not control those services and may update its curriculum or member tools as technologies change.

10. Liability and contact

To the extent permitted by law, TipX is not liable for business decisions, lost opportunities, project failures, third-party platform actions, indirect loss, or results arising from software a member builds or deploys. Where a statutory guarantee applies, our liability is limited only as the law permits.
